Did Trump Just Begin War of Gog and Magog With North Korea? – Breaking Israel News | Latest News. Biblical Perspective. – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

Did President Trump Just Begin War of Gog and Magog With a Tweet?

“Thus said Hashem: Lo, I am coming to deal with you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal!” Ezekiel 38:2 (The Israel Bible™)
Trans-Pacific
tensions reached a peak last week as the North Korean government
claimed that U.S. President Donald Trump had declared war, conforming to
recent mystical revelations that hold the ultimate War of Gog and Magog
has begun.

After President
Donald Trump sent a threatening tweet on Monday, North Korean Foreign
Minister Ri Yong-ho told reporters in New York that the US had
officially declared war on the Asian nation.

“The whole world should clearly remember it was the US who first declared war on our country,” Ri Yong-ho
said at a press conference outside the UN General Assembly building.
“However, last weekend Trump claimed that our leadership won’t be around
much longer, and hence at last he declared war on our country. Given
the fact that this came from someone who holds the seat of the US
presidency, this is clearly a declaration of war.”

The
prospects of war between the U.S. and a nuclear-armed rogue Asian
nation are terrifying, but current events take on even greater import as
many hints surface of this being the final battle of
Gog and Magog prophesied in Ezekiel.

O mortal, turn your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. Prophesy against him Ezekiel 38:2
A recent article in Actualic, an ultra-Orthodox Hebrew language news site, cited an anonymous group of kabbalists
(mystics) who identified North Korea as Gog, explaining that the
conflict has already begun. They based their belief on verses in Isaiah.

According
to their deserts, So shall He repay fury to His foes; He shall make
requital to His enemies, Requital to the distant lands. From the west,
they shall revere the name of
Hashem, And from the east, His Presence. For He shall come like a hemmed-in stream Which the wind of Hashem drives on. Isaiah 59:18-19
The
mystics interpret this verse to mean that the War of Gog and Magog will
begin in the east (North Korea) but in the west (Israel), the war will
only be seen from afar and Israel will not suffer.

“Troubles will come upon the east like a flooding river that washes away everything in its path,” the mystics told Actualic. “But the Spirit of the Lord will be seen and lifted up by this river to spread the word of his glory around the world.”

The
mystics predicted that after the confrontation in North Korea, major
messianic changes will take place in Israel that will indicate after the
fact that the war was indeed the prophesied battle.

“Directly
after that war, the lost Ten Tribes and Jews from the exile will return
to Israel because of the difficulties caused by the war,” the mystics
said, citing Ezekiel.

And you, O mortal, prophesy against Gog and say: Thus said Hashem: I am going to deal with you, O Gog,
chief prince of Meshech and Tubal!I will turn you around and drive you
on, and I will take you from the far north and lead you toward the
mountains of
Yisrael. Ezekiel 39:1-2
The
mystics also stated that immediately after the war in North Korea
begins, the Sanhedrin Court of 71 Elders will be reestablished in
Jerusalem and construction on the Third Temple will begin. These changes
are imminent and will begin when the hostilities end.

The political conflict is indeed very close to escalating into an actual shooting war and this was the second time in one week that President Trump threatened North Korea with obliteration.
In his first address to the UN last Tuesday, Trump warned that if the
US and its allies were attacked, he would “totally destroy” North Korea.

In the press conference on Monday, Ri
Yong-ho threatened to shoot down American aircraft even outside of its
airspace. “Since the United States declared war on our country, we will
have every right to make counter-measures, including the right to shoot
down United States strategic bombers even when they are not yet inside
the airspace border of our country.”

MTA Refuses To Explain Mysterious Metal Towers Appearing At Bridges And Tunnels In New York City • Now The End Begins – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

It’s a $100 million MTA project shrouded
in secrecy, with 18 of them for tunnels and bridges. So what are they
exactly? The MTA’s man in charge of the bridges and tunnels, Cedrick
Fulton, dodged Carlin’s questions Wednesday. “I said no comment,” he
said. Some MTA board members, including New York City Transportation
Commissioner Polly Trottenberg, say they know too little about the
towers – even with half the money already spent and some of the towers
already up.

Mysterious
metal towers are popping up at local NYC tunnels, and soon they’ll
start appearing at bridges, too. But even people on the MTA board in
charge of the towers can’t say why they’re being used or what’s in them,
CBS2’s Dave Carlin reports.

Jose Lugo said the tall metal towers quickly appeared up after the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel tolls booths came down.

“We don’t really know what’s the purpose of this,” he told Carlin.

Mysterious Metal Towers

Some MTA board members,
including New York City Transportation Commissioner Polly Trottenberg,
say they know too little about the towers – even with half the money
already spent and some of the towers already up.

“A lot of the board members felt they didn’t have all the details they would have wanted, myself included,” she said.

Residents
suspect there is much more going on in the towers than meets the eye
and wonder if they’ll ever really know what’s going on inside of them.

“I’m going to guess that it’s not just a decoration,” Alyssa Renkas, of the Upper West Side, said.

“It’s
a bit mind-boggling that the MTA is approving $100 million for what
appears to us to be big, decorative pylons,” says John Kaehny, the
leader of the watchdog group Reinvent Albany. “What we’re asking for is
transparency from the MTA.”

CBS2 demanded answers from MTA Chairman Joe Lhota.

Carlin: “Some of your own board members say they don’t know the specifics.”

Lhota: “The base of these new pieces that are going up include whatever fiber optics are necessary for those Homeland Security items.”

In other words, anti-terror technology. Could that one day include facial recognition? We don’t know and Lhota won’t say.

“I’m not at liberty to discuss that,” he told Carlin.

So
as more of these expensive towers rise, the mystery is tucked away
inside them. Lhota said all necessary Homeland Security technology
remains in place at all crossings, even the ones that don’t have the new
towers yet. source

Christians Targeted As Faith-Based Movies Like ‘Generational Sins’ Now Include Foul Language, Explicit Sex And Drug Use

Movieguide, which recommends films based on their Christian messaging,
wrote that movies "don't need to be filled with foul language, explicit
sex, drug use and the like to reach out to people that aren't walking
with God." Movieguide also accuses Folmar of marketing his movie based
on the unusually large number of cuss words it contains.
hard-faith-christian-movies-generational-sins-hollywood-warning-nteb

“We
don’t want to play within the constraints” of Christian movie-making,
says ‘Generational Sins’ writer-director Spencer Folmar.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8 (KJV)

EDITOR’S NOTE: My family and I have enjoyed excellent Christian movie-making over the years with great movies like Facing The Giants, Flywheel, War Room, God’s Not Dead
and a whole host of others. They’re exciting, great acting, with a
powerful and relative message from the Bible, and best of all, 100%
family friendly. These films combined have made hundreds of millions at
the box office and online, and now the Devil’s counterfeit wants in on
the action. Here’s how it works. Air quotes “christian” movie-makers
want to show you the “real struggle” in the Christian life, so their
movies contain scenes of backslidden
Christians getting drunk, cursing, fornicating, fighting and all the
rest. The net result being you exposed on the screen to the same junk
that comes from Hollywood. There is no God in a movie like that, don’t
kid yourself that there is. Stay away from the theater of Laodicea, it’s
a trap. Hope this timely warning is a blessing to you and your family.

Are Christian movies going blue? ‘Generational
Sins’, in theaters Oct.  6 via Freestyle Digital Media, is rated PG-13
and contains 32 profanities — not unusual except that Sins is a
faith-based movie.

Call them “Hard Faith” films, says writer-director Spencer Folmar, who is trademarking the phrase and whose banner, Third Brother Films, has more such movies in the works, including one based on Johnny Cash’s The Beast in Me.

The faith-based Dove Foundation,
which stamps its seal of approval on family-friendly movies, recently
named Sins its first recommendation in its new category for viewers ages
18 and up. The movie, says Dove president Suzy Sammons, “has not only
cautionary elements in it, but positive ones. There’s an overt godly
message with Christian values.”

Dove has reviewed 12,000 movies since its founding in 1991,
and about 750,000 people use the nonprofit organization’s
recommendations, says Sammons, who notes that films like Passion of the
Christ and Hacksaw Ridge are examples of films that might also warrant
Dove’s new 18-plus recommendation.

“We’re
not only targeting faith-based moviegoers,” says Folmar, “we’re also
going after ‘Chreasters’ — people who only go to church on Christmas and
Easter. If we tell stories of adults struggling with faith, adults will
run toward them, so we’re working hard on creating this new genre.”
But some critics are crying foul. Movieguide,
which recommends films based on their Christian messaging, wrote that
movies “don’t need to be filled with foul language, explicit sex, drug
use and the like to reach out to people that aren’t walking with
God.” Movieguide also accuses Folmar of marketing his movie based on the
unusually large number of cuss words it contains.

Recent hits in
the genre, like the God’s Not Dead franchise, which has grossed more
than $80  million in the U.S., have been PG rated, with no swearing in
them. Folmar, though, embraces the controversy.

“There’s been a
backlash to Generational Sins, but there are secular and faith-based
films, and we believe there should be a third option,” he says. “We
don’t want to play within the constraints of the traditional faith-based
community.” source

MELTDOWN: Crazy Hillary Tells Charlie Rose She Fears That Trump Has ‘Ordered The Killing Of People And Journalists’

During a conversation with Charlie Rose, Hillary compared Trump to
Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose relationship with Trump has
particularly drawn scrutiny from Democrats and the media. Clinton
discussed her ideas on Trump's view of democracy, saying she "hopes" the
president is not exactly like Putin in every way.

Hillary
Clinton said Monday on Bloomberg News that President Donald Trump has
“tendencies toward authoritarianism,” adding that she hopes he has not
“ordered the killing of people and journalists” as Russian President
Vladimir Putin has been accused of doing.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Hillary Clinton’s post-election rehash fantasy ‘What Happened
started out with a nice comedic feel, containing page after page of
side-splitting humor. But now that has morphed into serious mental
illness as seen in her latest interview with Charlie Rose. And last time
I checked, no one had posted a ‘Trump Body Count’ like they have for the Clintons, hmm.

During a conversation with Charlie Rose,
she compared Trump to Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose
relationship with Trump has particularly drawn scrutiny from Democrats
and the media. Clinton discussed her ideas on Trump’s view of
democracy, saying she “hopes” the president is not exactly like Putin in
every way.

“I don’t think he really values democracy, Charlie,” Clinton said.

“He doesn’t value democracy? Rose asked. “So he’s not a ‘democrat,’ little ‘d?'”

Clinton replied, “No, he’s not, he’s a top-down guy.”

“He’s an authoritarian?” Rose asked.

“He has tendencies toward authoritarianism,” Clinton answered.

“So, he’s no different than Putin?” Rose asked.

Clinton
did not say Trump was different from the Russian autocrat, instead
saying he “hopefully” does not commit the same crimes as Putin.

“Well, hopefully he hasn’t ordered the killing of people and journalists and the like,” Clinton replied.

Putin’s government uses strict regulation
and state power to restrict press freedom, and reports have shown cases
where journalists, who had been critical of the Russian leader, died
under suspicious circumstances. Clinton may have been referring
to stories published in outlets such as the New Yorker, New York Times,
and National Review that assign guilt to Putin in those cases.

THE CLINTON BODY COUNT IS RISING:

During her campaign,
Clinton frequently took digs at Trump’s statements about Putin, in
which he called for improved relations with Russia. Clinton tried to do
the same thing as secretary of state in the Obama administration, but
she has since moved from that dovish position.

Since losing the 2016 election, she has said Trump likely colluded with the Russians to win the presidential election.

“There
certainly was communication and there certainly was an understanding of
some sort,” she said in an interview earlier in September.

Clinton’s appearance on “Charlie Rose”
coincides with the recent release of her campaign book, What Happened.
In the book, she called Trump a “creep” and described Russian
involvement as a major reason why she unfairly lost the election. source

Bible Codes Reveal Current Earthquake Epidemic Repeating Sin of Korach – Breaking Israel News | Latest News. Biblical Perspective. – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

Earthquake Epidemic Sweeping Globe Part of End-of-Days Redemption: Rabbis

I form light and create darkness, I make weal and create woe— I Hashem do all these things.” Isaiah 45:7 (The Israel Bible™)
While
the heavens raged above in one of the most disastrous hurricane seasons
in history, the earth trembled below as a global epidemic of major
earthquakes shook all around the volatile Pacific Ring of Fire. A Bible
Codes expert, searching for the divine message hidden in the Mexico disaster, discovered a shockingly clear reference that indicates this trend will only continue.

The
past month has had more than its share of natural disasters, with
Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Jose causing almost 250 deaths and a record
$180 billion in damages. Now, a global series of earthquakes is
beginning to raise fears of even greater disasters to come. This double
dose of elemental fury is explicitly described in Isaiah as presaging
the end-of-days.

Therefore shall heaven be shaken, And earth leap out of its place, At the fury of God of Hosts On the day of His burning wrath. Isaiah 13:13
This
month, while even more hurricanes brewed over the Atlantic Ocean, two
deadly earthquakes hit Mexico. On September 8, an 8.4 magnitude
earthquake hit the country’s west coast, killing almost 60 people and
generating a minor tsunami. This was followed last Tuesday by a 7.1
magnitude quake that devastated Mexico City, killing at least 326
people.

Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson (Screenshot)
Rabbi
Matityahu Glazerson, a Bible codes expert, believes he found the cause
of this recent seismic outbreak. In a video published after the first
Mexican earthquake, Rabbi Glazerson, using special software, searched
for hidden messages within the Bible that would explain current events.
The results corresponded to a remarkably appropriate verse relating to
the revolt led by Korach described in the Book of Numbers.

Scarcely had he finished speaking all these words when the ground under them burst asunder. Numbers 16:31
Attached to this verse, he found a code of the word ‘Mexico’ with the Hebrew words ‘rash’ (shaking) and ‘adamah’ (ground). Also attached to this grouping were the words ‘kavod Hashem
(honor of God). The rabbi noted that the earthquakes today are related
to Korach, who was swallowed up by by the earth. The rabbi warned that
the sin of Korach is being repeated today on an international scale.

“People,
even people who claim to be religious, are trampling God’s honor,” the
rabbi said. “It is foretold that the earth will open again before
Messiah to restore Korach.”

Rabbi Glazerson found Bible Codes relating to the earthquake in Mexico. (Screenshot)
The rabbi warned that this clearly means that the days preceding the Messiah will necessarily be filled with earthquakes.

The
rabbi’s warnings seem well-founded, as hints of a similar disaster were
felt in the U.S. last week when a 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit near Los
Angeles. On Sunday, over a period of 24 hours, 28 minor tremors ranging
from 1.5-2.6 hit
Tuolumne City, in central California.

Seismic
activity around the globe is increasing at an alarming rate. The quakes
in Mexico are not isolated incidents, since Mexico is part of the
Pacific Ring of Fire, a tectonically active region surrounding the
Pacific Ocean accounting for nearly 90 percent of the seismic activity
on the planet.

In
fact, other sections of the Ring of Fire have been unusually active
recently. Two powerful earthquakes were reported to have struck New
Zealand on Wednesday, while Japan had flashbacks of a national disaster
when seismic activity began off the coast east of Fukushima early on
Thursday morning. In total, there have been ten major quakes of 4.9 or
more recorded around the Pacific in the last week alone.

The
danger was made even more emphatically clear when the Monaro Voui
volcano erupted violently on Tuesday, leading to the evacuation of the
entire island of Ambae, part of the South Pacific nation of Vanuatu. On Monday, 50,000 people were evacuated from Bali, Indonesia as seismologists warned that Mount Agung was about to erupt.

Rabbi Yosef Berger (Courtesy David’s Tomb)
Earthquakes
are indeed a source of alarm, but they are only one of the many forms
of natural disaster that have struck in recent weeks. Last month,
millions of acres of forests in the Northwest U.S. were destroyed in
raging wildfires. Yellowstone, one of the most troubling seismic
hotspots on the planet, is having one of the most active years ever with
over 2,300 tremors since June.

Like
Rabbi Glazerson, Rabbi Yosef Berger, rabbi of King David’s Tomb at
Mount Zion, understands the natural disasters as part of the Messianic process.
Rabbi Berger explained that all of the natural disasters, earthshaking
and ocean-born, are intended to bring about one specific result: the
ultimate redemption.

“We have seen all parts of the globe struck by natural disaster recently,” Rabbi Berger told Breaking Israel News. “All parts, except Israel.”

Rabbi Berger told Breaking Israel News that he had been approached by a man recognized among the ultra-Orthodox Jews of Jerusalem as a hidden tzaddik (righteous man). This tzaddik requested that Rabbi Berger make known a message for the world.

“Anyone
who looks around the world today has to see that Israel is a wonderful
place,” Rabbi Berger said, repeating what he had been told. “The
ingathering of the exiles is one of the final and most important stages
in the
geula (redemption). All these disasters have made it more clear than ever that it is time for the Jews to come home.

“The tzaddik said that this is happening in the time of Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur  in order that people do tshuva (repent), and the highest form of repentance is to return to Israel.”

Ring Of Fire Trembling Renews Fears Over California Big One – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

Ring Of Fire Trembling Renews Fears Over California Big One

News Image
By Michael Snyder/End Of The American Dream September 26, 2017

The portion of "the Ring of Fire" that runs along the west coast of
North America is starting to shake like a leaf. As most of you already
know, the outer perimeter of the Pacific Ocean is known for high levels
of seismic activity, and the experts tell us that more than 80 percent
of all earthquakes and more than 70 percent of all volcanic eruptions
take place within the Ring of Fire.

The North
American section of the Ring of Fire has been relatively quiet for an
extended period of time, but now all of the shaking down in Mexico is
causing a tremendous amount of concern. In fact, some now fear that all
of the shaking down there may be a harbinger of things to come for
California.

Within the last 30 days, there have
been three major earthquakes in Mexico. This latest one was a magnitude
6.2 earthquake, and it was accompanied by an eruption of Mt.
Popocatepetl...

A magnitude 6.2 earthquake
that shook Mexico on Saturday was blamed for five deaths, spreading fear
among a population reeling from multiple natural disasters and
interrupting the search for survivors from a bigger tremor earlier this
week.

South of Mexico City, the Popocatepetl volcano
sent a column of ash into the sky, capping a period of seismic activity
including two powerful tremors this month that have killed more than 400
people and caused damages of up to $8 billion.

Mexico's
capital was shattered by Tuesday's magnitude 7.1 quake that flattened
dozens of buildings and killed at least 307 people.

Of
course the magnitude 8.1 earthquake that hit Mexico back on September
7th was the largest earthquake that we have seen down there in ages.

The
earthquakes are getting most of the attention from the media, and
without a doubt they have caused extensive damage, but Mt. Popocatepetl
may be of even greater concern. It has "registered 181 low-intensity
exhalations" in recent days, and on Saturday it erupted explosively
three times.

A catastrophic eruption of Mt.
Popocatepetl would be a nightmare beyond anything that we have witnessed
in the modern history of Mexico. The volcano sits only about 50 miles
away from Mexico City, and there are close to 25 million people living
in the Mexico City metropolitan area.

In
recent years, smoke and ash from minor eruptions of Mt. Popocatepetl
have reached the city, but most people living there have absolutely no
idea how immensely powerful the volcano truly is.

Popocatepetl
is an ancient Aztec word that can be translated as "smoking mountain",
and centuries ago enormous mud flows from the mountain buried entire
Aztec cities...

Historians tell us that
Popocatepetl had a dramatic impact on the ancient Aztecs. Giant mud
flows produced by massive eruptions covered entire Aztec cities. In
fact, some of these mud flows were so large that they buried entire
pyramids in super-heated mud.

But
we haven't witnessed anything like that in any of our lifetimes, so it
is hard to even imagine devastation of that magnitude.

In addition to Mexico City's mammoth population,
there are millions of others that live in the surrounding region.
Overall, there are about 25 million people that live in the immediate
vicinity of Popocatepetl. Thankfully, we haven't seen a major eruption
of the volcano in modern times, but at some point that will change.

As seismic activity rattles Mexico, many living on the California coast are beginning to take notice.

In
fact, it is being reported that there was a run on emergency supplies
after a magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck near San Jose...

Last
week residents of San Jose were reportedly stocking up on emergency
supplies over fears the area will be hit by a massive earthquake.

The city was shaken by a number of tremors including a strong 3.3 magnitude quake that was felt throughout the region.

San
Jose is situated precariously close to the San Andreas fault line, an
800-mile fissure that runs almost the length of California.

Scientists
agree that large swathes of southern California - including Los Angeles
and San Diego - are long overdue a "Big One" earthquake of magnitude 7
or more.

And just last Friday, it was reported that a magnitude 5.7 earthquake "struck off the northern coast of California"...

A
preliminary-magnitude 5.7 earthquake struck off the coast of Northern
California on Friday afternoon, but there was no threat of a tsunami,
officials said.

The quake's epicenter was 133.6 miles
west-southwest of Eureka, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Its
depth was measured at 3.6 miles.

Scientists
assure us that someday the west coast will be hit by a major tsunami.
It literally is just a matter of time. In fact, the Los Angeles Times
reported on one study that discovered that a magnitude 9.0 earthquake
along the Cascadia fault could potentially produce a tsunami which would
"wash away coastal towns"...

If a 9.0
earthquake were to strike along California's sparsely populated North
Coast, it would have a catastrophic ripple effect.

A
giant tsunami created by the quake would wash away coastal towns,
destroy U.S. 101 and cause $70 billion in damage over a large swath of
the Pacific coast.

More than 100
bridges would be lost, power lines toppled and coastal towns isolated.
Residents would have as few as 15 minutes notice to flee to higher
ground, and as many as 10,000 would perish.

Scientists
last year published this grim scenario for a massive rupture along the
Cascadia fault system, which runs 700 miles off shore from Northern
California to Vancouver Island.

And don't
forget about the volcanoes on the west coast either. Mt. Rainier is
known as "the most dangerous mountain in America" for a reason, and in
my apocalyptic novel entitled The Beginning Of The End I show why this
is the case. Someday Mt. Rainier will erupt again, and you don't want to
be around what that happens.

As recent weeks have clearly demonstrated, our planet is become increasingly unstable.

Cyber Warfare Is The Future – Has Our Power Grid Already Been Hacked? – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

Cyber Warfare Is The Future - Has Our Power Grid Already Been Hacked?

By Daisy Luther/Organic Prepper September 26, 2017

A report by internet security experts, Symantec, says that
a hacking group called Dragonfly 2.0 has gained access to 20 power
company networks. The American power grid has been hacked, but for some
reason, the culprits restrained themselves from taking down the power
like they did in Ukraine recently.

The targets
were in the United States, Turkey, and Switzerland. According to
Symantec, the hackers did gain access to the interface they would need
to control the power equipment, with which they could cause a widespread
blackout. Eric Chien, a Symantec security analyst, told Wired:

"There's
a difference between being a step away from conducting sabotage and
actually being in a position to conduct sabotage ... being able to flip
the switch on power generation. We're now talking about on-the-ground
technical evidence this could happen in the US, and there's nothing left
standing in the way except the motivation of some actor out in the
world."

While we were all focused on the
natural disasters like wildfires and hurricanes looming over us, this
report went all but unnoticed by the mainstream and alternative media
alike.

A power grid attack could shut down
commerce and destroy our already precarious financial system. It could
take down our medical system. If the damage was long-lasting, chaos
would erupt and it wouldn't take long for the death toll to skyrocket,
so dependent are we on power at the flip of a switch.

How did the hackers get in?

Remember
how John Podesta ended up being the victim of a phishing scheme that
allowed the Clinton campaign to be hacked? This was pretty much the same
thing. The Symantec report explains that this has been going on for a
couple of years now, but that activity has sharply increased this year:

Symantec
has strong indications of attacker activity in organizations in the
U.S., Turkey, and Switzerland, with traces of activity in organizations
outside of these countries. The U.S. and Turkey were also among the
countries targeted by Dragonfly in its earlier campaign, though the
focus on organizations in Turkey does appear to have increased
dramatically in this more recent campaign.

As
it did in its prior campaign between 2011 and 2014, Dragonfly 2.0 uses a
variety of infection vectors in an effort to gain access to a victim's
network, including malicious emails, watering hole attacks, and
Trojanized software.

The earliest activity
identified by Symantec in this renewed campaign was a malicious email
campaign that sent emails disguised as an invitation to a New Year's Eve
party to targets in the energy sector in December 2015.

The
group conducted further targeted malicious email campaigns during 2016
and into 2017. The emails contained very specific content related to the
energy sector, as well as some related to general business concerns.
Once opened, the attached malicious document would attempt to leak
victims' network credentials to a server outside of the targeted
organization.

In July, Cisco blogged about
email-based attacks targeting the energy sector using a toolkit called
Phishery. Some of the emails sent in 2017 that were observed by Symantec
were also using the Phishery toolkit (Trojan.Phisherly), to steal
victims' credentials via a template injection attack. This toolkit
became generally available on GitHub in late 2016,

As
well as sending malicious emails, the attackers also used watering hole
attacks to harvest network credentials, by compromising websites that
were likely to be visited by those involved in the energy sector.

The
stolen credentials were then used in follow-up attacks against the
target organizations. In one instance, after a victim visited one of the
compromised servers, Backdoor.Goodor was installed on their machine via
PowerShell 11 days later. Backdoor.Goodor provides the attackers with
remote access to the victim's machine...

...Symantec
also has evidence to suggest that files masquerading as Flash updates
may be used to install malicious backdoors onto target networks--perhaps
by using social engineering to convince a victim they needed to
download an update for their Flash player. Shortly after visiting
specific URLs, a file named "install_flash_player.exe" was seen on
victim computers, followed shortly by the Trojan.Karagany.B backdoor.

Typically, the attackers will install one or two
backdoors onto victim computers to give them remote access and allow
them to install additional tools if necessary. Goodor, Karagany.B, and
Dorshel are examples of backdoors used, along with Trojan.Heriplor.

The moral of this story? Be careful what you do online.

This was a recon mission.

So,
they got in but why didn't they do anything? According to one expert,
they were just in there looking around. John Hultquist, a researcher for
FireEye security, said of another such intrusion, "In our experience
groups that have solely targeted energy like this have been carrying out
reconnaissance for attack,"

According to the report by Symantec:

The
Dragonfly group appears to be interested in both learning how energy
facilities operate and also gaining access to operational systems
themselves, to the extent that the group now potentially has the ability
to sabotage or gain control of these systems should it decide to do
so.

Back in July of this year, hackers got
into an American nuclear power plant in Kansas. On the bright side, they
were just into the business side of the Wolf Creek nuclear power plant
near Burlington, Kansas, and did not obtain access to the controls. But
it's still pretty unsettling that they'd even get that close.

If
someone was able to get into the control section, not only could they
cause a power outage, but they could potentially disable the nuclear
safeguards. Eric Chien suspects that while this hack was originally
blamed on the Russians (because, really, what isn't blamed on the
Russians?) that the Dragonfly 2.0 hackers were the ones who were
responsible. ""It's highly unlikely this is just coincidental."

Symantec seems to believe this will lead to something much, much worse:

Sabotage
attacks are typically preceded by an intelligence-gathering phase where
attackers collect information about target networks and systems and
acquire credentials that will be used in later campaigns...The original
Dragonfly campaigns now appear to have been a more exploratory phase
where the attackers were simply trying to gain access to the networks of
targeted organizations.

The Dragonfly 2.0
campaigns show how the attackers may be entering into a new phase, with
recent campaigns potentially providing them with access to operational
systems, access that could be used for more disruptive purposes in
future.

Who is behind Dragonfly?

Symantec
isn't sure who is behind the intrusions and says that many of their
actions are aimed at making it difficult to figure out.

Some of the group's activity appears to be aimed at making it more difficult to determine who precisely is behind it:

The
attackers used more generally available malware and "living off the
land" tools, such as administration tools like PowerShell, PsExec, and
Bitsadmin, which may be part of a strategy to make attribution more
difficult. The Phishery toolkit became available on Github in 2016, and a
tool used by the group--Screenutil--also appears to use some code from
CodeProject.

The attackers also did not use any zero days. As with the
group's use of publicly available tools, this could be an attempt to
deliberately thwart attribution, or it could indicate a lack of
resources.
Some code strings in the malware were in Russian.
However, some were also in French, which indicates that one of these
languages may be a false flag.

Conflicting
evidence and what appear to be attempts at misattribution make it
difficult to definitively state where this attack group is based or who
is behind it.

The report also references the possibility of a false flag.

Our power grid has been hacked.

Our
grid has been hacked. Symantec's report refuses to disclose which power
plants were compromised, but there seems to be no doubt the hackers
were able to gain access to operational control of them. And while this
has been going on for a few years now, they're getting bolder and nearly
have the pieces in place to widespread sabotage our power grid.

What
is clear is that Dragonfly is a highly experienced threat actor,
capable of compromising numerous organizations, stealing information,
and gaining access to key systems. What it plans to do with all this
intelligence has yet to become clear, but its capabilities do extend to
materially disrupting targeted organizations should it choose to do so.

After
last December's malware attack that took down the grid in Ukraine, the
power was back on in most places within 6 hours. But...two months later,
the controls were still not fully operational. Nothing was able to be
done remotely. Someone had to manually control the breakers for months
after the attack.

In the US, it might not go so smoothly.

That's
actually a better outcome than what might occur in the US, experts say,
since many power grid control systems here don't have manual backup
functionality, which means that if attackers were to sabotage automated
systems here, it could be much harder for workers to restore power.

No manual controls? Yay, progress. But the Ukraine attack could have been worse.

The
fact that the hackers could have done much more damage than they did do
if only they had decided to physically destroy substation equipment as
well, making it much harder to restore power after the blackout. The US
government demonstrated an attack in 2007 that showed how hackers could
physically destroy a power generatorsimply by remotely sending 21 lines
of malicious code.

The Ukrainian grid was hit
again with the NotPetya attack earlier this summer, a cyber attack that
quickly spread globally. It's naive to think that

Our
power grid has been hacked, and it's naive to think that a massive
cyber attack couldn't happen to us. Cyber warfare is the war of the
future and there is more and more proof that it isn't a matter of if,
but when.

The Golden Age of Jewish-Christian Relations – Israel News – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

The Golden Age of Jewish-Christian Relations

Earlier
this summer, hundreds of Israelis packed the Jerusalem Cinematheque
theater for the premiere of the Six Day War documentary, “In Our Hands.”
The film traces the steps of the 55th Paratroopers Brigade through
firsthand interviews with IDF soldiers and historical battle
reenactments. Following the screening, an emotional curtain call
featured four of the now elderly paratroopers who appeared in the film.
They shuffled onto the stage to receive bouquets of flowers and a
standing ovation.

There was nothing unusual that evening to
distinguish this event from any of the other Six Day War commemoration
events that took place in Israel or abroad, except for the evening’s
host – Gordon Robertson, CEO of the Christian Broadcasting Network
(CBN).

Robertson, who also served as the film’s executive
director, explained to the Jerusalem audience his motivation as a
Christian to make a film about Israel. “One of the guiding verses for me
in this whole project was Psalm 126: ‘Then they said among the nations,
the Lord has done great things for them.’ And I say to you, ‘The Lord
has done great things for you.’”

While the movie was produced by
CBN, which was founded by Gordon’s father and televangelist Pat
Robertson in 1961, it contained no overtly, or even covertly, Christian
messages.

“This is a film made by Christians, but it is not a
Christian film,” Erin Zimmerman, the film’s director, explained. “The
Six Day War is not a Christian story; it is first and foremost a Jewish
and Israeli story and I wanted to honor that.”

This
desire to honor Israel without strings attached and devoid of
proselytizing is one of the newest, and most welcome, trends in
Christian Zionism. The relationship between Christians and Jews is long
and complex, and a fascinating case study in how shifting theology
correlates to changes in behavior.

A short overview of some major
shifts in Christian beliefs toward Israel can explain this new era of
Christian Zionism marked by greater sensitivity and respect toward the
Jewish People.

Christianity emerged as an offshoot of Judaism
2,000 years ago, putting the two religions immediately at odds. Early
Church Fathers added pagan elements to recruit more local adherents,
thus widening the gap ‒ and animosity ‒ with the Jews.

When it
came to relating to Judaism, Christianity developed what has become
known as “replacement theology.” The idea is that, as a punishment for
rejecting Jesus, God replaced Israel with the Church and the original
Bible (Old Testament) with a new one. It didn’t take long for Jews to go
from being viewed as replaced to rejected, despised and, ultimately,
hated.

Christian love demanded that they try and convert the Jews,
but more often than not, Jews felt more wrath than grace. One could
draw a direct line from replacement theology to the blood libels, forced
conversions, inquisitions, and expulsions that shaped the Middle Ages.

During
the modern period, Christianity underwent an internal revolution known
as the Protestant Reformation, which paved the way for a new approach
for relating to Jews. In the 16th century, Martin Luther battled against
the Catholic Church and advocated for individuals to read the Bible,
made widely available for the first time through the newly invented
printing press, for themselves. No longer was biblical interpretation in
the hands of the ruling elite. Rather, everyone was encouraged to read
and understand God’s word for themselves, which they did in large
numbers.

It doesn’t take much of a bible scholar to recognize that
one theme appears on almost every page and in nearly every chapter of
this holy text ‒ that is the relationship between the land and the
people of Israel. With an open mind and in the absence of previously
held interpretations, a literal reading of the text started to lead some
Christians to begin viewing Jews differently.

For centuries, the
people of Israel had been relegated to sub-human status and the land of
Israel reduced to a metaphor. However, the age of enlightenment allowed
Christians to see the Jews as real people and, in the era of
exploration, they discovered that Israel was an actual place. More and
more Christians started reading the bible literally and saw the
prophecies of the return to Zion as being something within worldly
reach.

The Puritans were among the first Reformed Protestants who
began praying for a Jewish return to their homeland and were responsible
for introducing the idea of Jewish restoration to America. While
popular in England, as well, Restorationism (also described as Christian
Primitivism) struck a noticeable chord in the New World. US presidents
studied Hebrew, and American scholars traveled to Palestine to map out
the area and dig up archeological relics.

At
the time, Restorationism was steeped in replacement theology, which,
even in its benign form, calls for proselytizing the Jews. The
motivating force behind Christian efforts to restore the people to the
land was best summarized by the influential pastor Charles Spurgeon who
preached in 1864: “We look forward, then, for these two things. I am not
going to theorize upon which of them will come first ‒ whether they
shall be restored first, and converted afterward ‒ or converted first
and then restored. They are to be restored and they are to be converted,
too.”

Restorationists were among Theodor Herzl’s most ardent
supporters. The Reverend William Hechler, an Anglican clergyman,
dedicated his life to assisting Herzl upon reading “The Jewish State,”
which was published 12 years after his own treatise, “The Restoration of
the Jews to Palestine.” Hechler immediately began to introduce Herzl to
Europe’s leading political rulers, including German Kaiser Wilhelm,
Queen Victoria of England and the Sultan of Turkey. Appreciatively,
Herzl invited Hechler, in 1897, to the first World Zionist Congress in
Basel as a non-voting delegate and the “first Christian Zionist.”

Major
shifts in Christian theology vis-à- vis Israel continued into the 20th
century because of the Holocaust and the establishment of the State of
Israel. Many Christians recognized the Holocaust as the bitter
culmination of centuries of Christian antisemitism, which led to
soul-searching throughout the Church. Christian thinkers recognized the
perils inherent in replacement theology as playing an active role in the
Holocaust and began to question this theology seriously for the first
time.

The establishment of the State of Israel and its
hard-to-explain successes chipped away at replacement theology from the
opposite direction. Christians began asking themselves: If God had
rejected Israel, then how come the Jews are so successful making the
deserts bloom and defending themselves from their enemies? The
perception that many biblical promises were being fulfilled seemed like
clear and convincing evidence that God had not broken His covenant with
Israel, after all.

In recent decades, Christian Zionist leaders
and organizations have emerged all over the world. In addition to their
political and philanthropic support of Israel, Christian leaders are,
more significantly, for the first time publicly rejecting replacement
theology.

Perhaps the best-known group, the International
Christian Embassy Jerusalem, has a lengthy essay on their website
explaining why they renounce replacement theology. Similarly, Pastor
John Hagee has used his influential ministry, Christians United for
Israel, to unreservedly, “expose the lies of replacement theology.”

To be sure, these Christian Zionist voices are still a minority within the Church.

Nevertheless, we have entered a new age of Jewish-Christian relations.

Chris
Mitchell, CBN’s Middle East bureau chief, said “In Our Hands” doesn’t
ever mention Jesus, a quote from the New Testament or push a Christian
agenda. In that way, “I feel that the movie is a gift to the Jewish
people honoring the soldiers who fought in the Six Day War and the Jews
who waited over two millennia to return to Jerusalem.”

I asked
Mitchell if CBN would have been as sensitive had the movie been released
upon the 25th anniversary of the 1967 war in the early 1980s. He said,
“There has definitely been a remarkable development of deeper
relationships between Jews and Christians in recent years. A greater
understanding of the Jewish community and getting to know each other
better has led to more sensitivity.”

Christian theology has
shifted since its inception and has never been as respectful toward the
Jewish people than it is now. The growth of Christian Zionism is a
direct outcome of this change, so it is no wonder that Israel is
enjoying unparalleled support from large segments of Christianity. After
2,000 years, Christian-Jewish relations are entering a new, golden era
of restoration without replacement.

US Congress Slams Back at UN Israel Blacklist With Anti-Boycott Bill – Breaking Israel News | Latest News. Biblical Perspective. – Re-Shared and administered by Aaron Halim

ongress Fights Back Against UN’s Anti-Israel Blacklist With ‘Anti-Boycott Act’

“I
will bless those who bless you And curse him that curses you; And all
the families of the earth Shall bless themselves by you.” Genesis 12:3 (The Israel Bible™)
In
response to United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) efforts to
undermine Israel’s legitimacy through their Boycott, Divestment, and
Sanctions (BDS) Act of 2017, the U.S. Congress and Senate have
introduced a bipartisan bill, the “Israel Anti-Boycott Act,” that would
protect U.S. companies targeted by the international boycotts and punish
those who comply with them.

Earlier
this March, the UNHRC voted in favor (32 nations in favor and 15
abstentions) of the BDS Act of 2017, which entails creating a
“blacklist” of companies enabling or benefitting from the growth of
Israeli settlements.
Blacklisted
companies under the BDS Act of 2017, the full list of which will be
published this December, include major American corporations like
Coca-Cola, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor.

The
UN blacklist treads in the footsteps of the broader BDS movement, which
was established in 2005 in an attempt to economically undermine
Israel’s sovereignty. The stated goal of the BDS movement, according to
its founders, is to “end international support for Israel’s oppression
of Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law.”

US Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL). (Flickr/Gage Skidmore)
In
response to the UN’s blacklist, Representative Peter J. Roskam (R-IL)
and Senators Benjamin L. Cardin (D-MD) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) introduced
the Israel Anti-Boycott Act (
H.R. 1697 and S.720). The US Act has seen overwhelming support, with 49 senators and 253 House members
co-sponsoring it  to date. The bill was initiated in the context of a
strong U.S.-Israel alliance celebrating the U.S. government’s proud
history of protecting the Jewish State from economic warfare.

The
U.S. Israel Anti-Boycott Act would bolster the 40-year-old American
policy of challenging boycotts against its allies and highlight U.S.
support for Israel as its strongest ally in the Middle East. In the
past, Congress has successfully tackled foreign boycotts against Israel.
In 2015, former U.S. President Barack Obama passed the Trade Promotion
Authority (TPA), which instructed American negotiators to take an
anti-BDS position in ongoing free trade negotiations with the EU.

The
Israel Anti-Boycott Act also underscores the importance of direct talks
between the Israelis and Palestinians, as the unilateral adoption of
the UN blacklist could further destabilize any attempts to bring
Israelis and Palestinians to the negotiations for direct peace
negotiations.

In
practice, the pro-Israel bill would apply existing U.S. anti-boycott
laws to international organizations like the UN and European Union,
which often single out American companies doing business in Judea and
Samaria, hoping to pressure them into boycotting Israel.

Nikki
Haley, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, criticized the United
Nations support for the BDS Act of 2017, saying, “Blacklisting
companies without even looking at their employment practices or their
contributions to local empowerment, but rather based entirely on their
location in areas of conflict, is contrary to the laws of international
trade and to any reasonable definition of human rights.

“It is an attempt to provide an international stamp of approval to the anti-Semitic BDS movement. It must be rejected.”

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley (Wikimedia Commons)
Many
consider the BDS movement to be anti-Semitic because it holds Israel,
as the sole Jewish state, to a different standard than other countries.
While human rights violations run rampant in Syria, North Korea, Yemen,
Russia, Sudan, and Iran, the UN singles out Israel as the greatest
violator of health rights, Palestinian sites, women’s rights, Middle
Eastern peace, and human rights.

Israeli
ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, Eviatar Manor, calls the
HRC “obsessive compulsive” on Israel, as the international organization
lambasts Israel while it overlooks abuses against millions worldwide.

Economic
warfare against Israel is not new for the UNHRC. This past spring, the
UNHCR voted on 41 resolutions, 12 of which dealt with human rights
violations around the world, and five of which were focused on Israel.
One of the resolutions passed mandated a boycott of Israeli settlements
and called upon members to “distinguish, in their relevant dealings,
between the territory of the State of Israel and the territories
occupied since 1967.”

If
American companies were to comply with the UN’s BDS Act of 2017 by
boycotting firms on the blacklist, they could risk harming Israelis,
Palestinians, and even their own domestic economy. In 2015, over 500
Palestinian workers were left unemployed after the SodaStream factory
was relocated from the West Bank to southern Israel because of pressure
from the BDS movement.

Last year, Israel was the United States’ 22nd largest trade partner, trading over $40 billion annually. According to Aaron Menenbeg of The Tower,
out of the twenty countries with which the U.S. has trade agreements,
Israel is the eighth-largest supporter of American jobs and Israeli
exports generate the highest amount of export dollars per job. If
American companies were to adopt the UN blacklist, the robust
U.S.-Israel economic ties would be risked, undermining the American
economy at large.

If the
Israel Anti-Boycott Act passes in the U.S. Senate and House, it will
then be sent to the U.S. president to be enacted into law.

A HERO AMONG COWARDS: Ex-Army Ranger Alejandro Villanueva Only Steeler Standing On Field For National Anthem

All but one of the Pittsburgh Steelers decided to protest by staying in
their locker room, during the playing of the national anthem at this
afternoon’s game in Chicago. The lone dissenter was former Army Ranger
Alejandro Villanueva who bucked the team’s decision and took the field,
anyway, hand over his heart and helmet under his arm.

All
but one of the Pittsburgh Steelers decided to protest by staying in
their locker room, during the playing of the national anthem at this
afternoon’s game in Chicago.

EDITOR’S NOTE:
Take a good look people, this is what an everyday patriot looks like.
Someone who has the guts to stand against the opposition and take a
stand for what’s right. Alejandro Villanueva knows that standing with
your hand over your heart for the playing of our National Anthem is the
right thing to do. Taking a knee and disrespecting the country that made
you wealthy is the wrong to do. I believe that Colin Kaepernick’s
original protest, while misguided, was organic and true. But what we are
seeing now can absolutely be traced back to George Soros and his paid
agitators. Welcome to Day One of the NFL Boycott.

The lone dissenter
was former Army Ranger Alejandro Villanueva who bucked the team’s
decision and took the field, anyway, hand over his heart and helmet
under his arm.

On Sunday morning, reports emerged that the Steelers
had decided to stay in their locker room despite league rules requiring
the team to be on the sidelines during the playing of the national
anthem.

By game time, the team did, indeed, fulfill their announced intentions. However, Villanueva defied his team and took the field:

This isn’t the first time the Steelers’ offensive tackle has been at odds with fellow players over anthem protests.

Last year, Villanueva criticized Colin Kaepernick for his protests during the national anthem:

“I
don’t know if the most effective way is to sit down during the national
anthem with a country that’s providing you freedom, providing you $16
million a year … when there are black minorities that are dying in Iraq
and Afghanistan for less than $20,000 a year,” Villanueva said of the
anthem protests.

The Mississippi native has a good reason for his position. He is himself a veteran with three tours of duty in Afghanistan.

Villanueva
was a Captain in the U.S. Army during much of his service overseas and
now stands at the rank of Major in the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger
Regiment. He was also the recipient of the Bronze Star with “V” device.

Even
as he continued his Army career, Villanueva was given several workouts
with teams such as the Cincinnati Bengals and the Philadelphia Eagles.
He remained unsigned after the Eagles took him off the practice squad,
though, until Steelers’ coach Mike Tomlin signed him in 2014.

Villanueva is now starting left tackle with a four-year, $24 million contract with the Steelers. source

Conservative Catholics Accuse Pope Francis Of Heresy As Theological Split In Catholic Church Grows Wider

In a 25-page letter delivered to Pope Francis last month and provided
Saturday to The Associated Press, the 62 signatories issued a "filial
correction" to the pope — a measure they said hadn't been employed since
the 14th century. The letter accused Pope Francis of propagating seven
heretical positions concerning marriage, moral life and the sacraments
with his 2016 document "The Joy of Love" and subsequent "acts, words and
omissions."

Several
dozen tradition-minded Roman Catholic theologians, priests and
academics have formally accused Pope Francis of spreading heresy with
his 2016 opening to divorced and civilly remarried Catholics.

“So
he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman
sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having
seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and
scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls,
having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of
her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY,
BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”
Revelation 17:13-15 (KJV)

EDITOR’S NOTE: As far as I am concerned, everything
the Catholic church teaches is heresy, but it’s oh-so-interesting to
see a huge church split in the making with the old unholy Vatican whore
of Revelation 17 and 18. PT Barnum was right when he said “you can’t
fool all the people all the time”, and the slippery Pope Francis’  jet
ski is about to hit the rocks. The natives are restless, Frankie boy,
look sharp! I guess papal infallibility is not what it used to be, lol.

In a 25-page letter delivered
to Pope Francis last month and provided Saturday to The Associated
Press, the 62 signatories issued a “filial correction” to the pope — a
measure they said hadn’t been employed since the 14th century.

The
letter accused Pope Francis of propagating seven heretical positions
concerning marriage, moral life and the sacraments with his 2016
document “The Joy of Love” and subsequent “acts, words and omissions.”

The
initiative follows another formal act by four tradition-minded
cardinals who wrote Francis last year asking him to clarify a series of
questions, or “dubbia,” they had about his 2016 text.

Pope
Francis hasn’t responded to either initiative. The Vatican spokesman
didn’t immediately respond to an email seeking comment late Saturday.

None of the signatories
of the new letter is a cardinal, and the highest-ranking churchman
listed is actually someone whose organization has no legal standing in
the Catholic Church: Bishop Bernard Fellay, superior of the breakaway
Society of St. Pius X. Several other signatories are well-known admirers
of the old Latin Mass which Fellay’s followers celebrate.

But
organizers said the initiative was nevertheless significant and a sign
of the concern among a certain contingent of academics and pastors over
Francis’ positions, which they said posed a danger to the faithful.

“There
is a role for theologians and philosophers to explain to people the
church’s teaching, to correct misunderstandings,” said Joseph Shaw, a
spokesman for the initiative, signatory of the correction and senior
research fellow in moral philosophy at Oxford University.

When it was released in April 2016, “The Joy of Love
immediately sparked controversy because it opened the door to letting
civilly remarried Catholics receive Communion. Church teaching holds
that unless these Catholics obtain an annulment — a church decree that
their first marriage was invalid — they cannot receive the sacraments,
since they are seen as committing adultery.

Francis didn’t create a
church-wide pass for these Catholics, but suggested — in vague terms
and strategically placed footnotes — that bishops and priests could do
so on a case-by-case basis after accompanying them on a spiritual
journey of discernment. Subsequent comments and writings have made clear
he intended such wiggle room, part of his belief that God’s mercy
extends in particular to sinners and that the Eucharist isn’t a prize
for the perfect but nourishment for the weak.

Shaw said none of
the four cardinals involved in the initial “dubbia” letter, nor any
other cardinal, was involved in the “filial correction.”

Organizers said the last time such a correction was issued was to Pope John XXII in 1333 for errors which he later recanted. source
